Evan has over 10 years of experience working as a mechanical engineer for large industrial manufacturers in BC and Ontario. Evan’s career focus has been as a maintenance and reliability engineer, troubleshooting and managing the maintenance programs for a wide range of equipment, including valves and relief devices. Evan holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering, with distinction, from the University of British Columbia.

Chad holds over 14 years of experience working in an industrial setting, focusing on mechanical systems. He holds a Red Seal in welding and pipefitting. Chad has broad experience across sectors in construction, maintenance, and turnarounds. Turnaround and maintenance experience has developed his functional expertise in valve servicing programs.
