Repair Packages

Standard Valve Service

Includes:

  • Initial inspection
  • disassembly
  • cleaning
  • measurement of key internals
  • grinding and lapping
  • replacement of elastomers
  • bench testing
  • painting

Standard Valve Service + Pre-test

Service includes a pre-test prior to disassembly to confirm the valve relieves at the nameplate pressure. *A history of successful pre-testing can allow you to reduce the testing frequency (*Note: extending service intervals requires a review of the valve history and applicable regulations)

Test Only

Test of set point only. If the valve fails, it must be rebuilt or alternatively returned to the customer with an “out of compliance” tag.

Valve Removal and Reinstatement Service

Valve removal, re-install and final torquing is available upon request.

Replacement Valves

PRD Replacements

We will advise a customer when the cost to repair is close to, or exceeds, the cost to replace. For example, customers may choose to replace a valve, rather than repair it, when the cost to repair is >75% of the new purchase price. Let us source you an in-kind replacement or cost-effective solution.
